The vessel has 3 water tight bulkheads as per the USL code. It is equipped with a four man life raft, 10 live jacket, new E.P.I.R.B, 4 red rocket fares and 3 orange hand held flares. All navigation lights operational and fitted to USL code.
M.V GRASSTREE was built in 1985 for B.H.P as a line boat for coal ships entering Hay Point coal terminal and was maintained to a high standard. In 1999 the vessel was sold to Australian Livestock shipping an Transport Pty Ltd who used the vessel for crew and store replenishment of ships entering Gladstone Port. It has always been in Queensland maritime survey.
It has a large rear deck approx 2m x 4m, forward of that are two tanks for dry or wet storage each with capacity of 2 cu/m. Forward of the tanks is another clear area 2m x 4.5m.
The wheelhouse is 3m x 3m with dinette and small galley.
The forward cabin has three buns and locker space for three.
This vessel is in current Queensland navigation survey with registered No. 3181QD. U.S. L class 2 E ……. 10 Persons.
Moored in Dili harbor and is Sea Ready at any time.
